StrayPet.com
Using the Power of the Web to Protect Your Pet!

At last, there's a website designed specifically to find lost pets. StrayPet.com is an efficient and easy-to-use identification system that works for any pet owner who has access to the internet or to a fax. Although your pets can be registered after they stray, StrayPet.com advises doing it now, so that they are fully registered in the system when that information is vital to their retrieval. Once they are registered with StrayPet.com, each pet is given a unique StrayPet.com identification number, and a matching ID tag. Lost animals that are wearing their StrayPet.com ID tag can be quickly and easily located through our online information service. Pet owners can enter an electronic MISSING ALERT with the last-seen date and location, the animal's identifying characteristics and even a picture of the lost pet. And Good Samaritans who find a stray pet can log on to the website and search for the owner, or fill out a FOUND ALERT, presenting information about a missing pet that they have found and would like to return to its owner.

If your pet has special medical or nutritional needs, that important information can also be made available. Once a pet is registered with StrayPet.com, current owner information, alternative contacts, veterinary information, medical conditions, consent to treat in case of medical emergency, as well as any additional information the owner elects to provide is available with just the click of a mouse.

Animals may also be registered after they are missing. In such cases, StrayPet.com is often able to make the identification by city or county license, by microchip number, by tattoo or pet characteristics [such as color or the area found] and by an uploaded photograph.

In addition, StrayPet.com offers a variety of articles, features, new products and other information of interest to pet owners.

The registration fee is $13.95 per pet for one year and includes a stainless steel rivet on tag that securely attaches to the collar. Yearly information updates and registration, after initial registration, is $7.95 per household. Updating information during the years membership is always free.

For more information and to register your pet, visit their website at www.StrayPet.com
