The publisher reserves the right to refuse any advertising and is not responsible for content errors in material received camera-ready or for material not meeting mechanical requirements. Special Positions
When available, add 15% of space cost; on 2-page spread, add 20%. Special positions are non-cancelable within 60 days of closing date. Covers are non-cancelable.

Commission
Recognized advertising agencies receive 15% on space, color, special positions only if specified film is provided and account paid within 30 days of invoice date. A 1-1/2 % service charge per month is charged on any account past due.

Issue and Closing Dates
Published 6 times a year, bimonthly in February, April, June, August, October, December. Deadline for space orders is the 10th of the fourth month preceding the cover date of issue. Film and inserts must be received by the 15th of the fourth month preceding the cover date of issue. No cancellations are accepted after the closing date. Material received after deadline is subject to late charges.

Production Charges
Rates for production services are available upon request. Production services are not commissionable. Oversized advertising will be adjusted to publication dimensions and invoiced at cost. Advertising material not used for two years will be destroyed unless otherwise requested in writing.
